Re: Forks / Yokes
kwak 9 c/e/f forks are 46mm so the yokes will be that allso , [top and bottom ]
758mm or 788mm depending on were you measure from ,
758 is axle center to fork top [not including preload adjuster]
788 is fork bottom to fork top [not inc preload adjuster ]
top of fork center to fork center is 25mm

No, not yet. We are keeping the original offset. Still, the turning radius will increase a bit, as the fork tubes are a bit bigger than standard, and will meet the frame more earlier.

Re: Forks / Yokes
where will you be setting the handlebars. currently they sit on the yokes, but the race clip ons would ususally go under the yokes. if that happens then there might not be enough room under them for the clutch and brake levers...if you know what i mean?
will you just be making a top yoke or bottom yoke too? and will the top yoke be 50mm?

Bottom yoke 50mm. Upper yoke 20mm. Clip-ons will go under the upper yoke. I will be using Gilles GP-Light Clip Ons. Don't really know what happens with the room =P I will sort that one out later

Re: Forks / Yokes
Take a time and think about how the forces under braking get transferred from the fork tube to the lower yoke and via that to the headstock you will notice that 20mm is good enough for upper yoke. There fork tubes upper ends will try to pull them self away from the headstock(forward), this is where the upper yoke will transfer that force to the headstock.

Re: Forks / Yokes
YES! I ment the thickness of the yokes.
The upper yokes hole is 50mm. And the lower yokes hole is 54mm. (in zx10r forks) I have no idea how big they should be made if you're making those yokes for those Öhlins forks. When you get the info, just post it, and I can have my guy draw those drawings according to your needs.

Then it's piece of cake! I will post you the pictures as soon as I get them. Do you already have those forks or you're going to buy them?
