Carb Balance Walk-through

Hi folks, gonna balance my carbs but just need a bit of a walk through for the E1 model. I've had a look at the general 9R step-by-step guide on another forum, but it was poorly written and pretty hard to follow (poor layout).
I've done carb balancing before, but just not on a 9R E1.
