Compression damping screw STUCK !!!!

Hello.
I'm new to this forum. I own a ZX-9R C1 which I mostly use it as a track bike and I face a serious problem.

The right compression damping screw is stuck. It only has 5 clicks (from fully out to the 5th click). I tried to spray some oil in the hole but no extra movement.
