just an update
since starting my fitness my weight hasn't really budged at all.i think im currently 13st7lbs but i haven't weighed myself for a few weeks.now this may be because i've increased my calorie intake with doing fitness but i would have thought my weight loss would have continued.as of yesterday though i have started more intense training.
i have added monday night boxing training to the regime,so instead of just 1 day per week im now doing boxing 2 nights per week.im really enjoying the boxing, the fitness is hard going and the sparring is great fun.the only downside with the sparring is by the time we get to it im already fooked so thats one reason why i want to increase my fitness levels and stamina.
my original goal for the end of the year was 13st7lbs but now im aiming for 13st or better.the lightest i can recall me being was 12st7lbs back in 2004 when i was 18 so that is ultimately where i would like to end up.but i think 13st for the end of the year is realistic.
im gonna buy better scales for the house so i can keep on top of the weekly weigh ins.............

12st 11lbs(81.2kg) now
my target is going to be 12st me thinks.thats really the ideal weight for my height and more than likely my natural weight.i'll be really happy when i get down to 12st 7lbs as thats what i weighed at my bro's wedding 6 yrs ago and i haven't been that low since.in actual fact before that i had been much bigger and lost weight to get to 12st 7lbs.

last sunday i weighed in at 12st13lbs which was a 2lb increase from the previous week.i wasn't surprised though as i had a chinky on the thursday night and eat some shit on the friday, reason being because the in-laws were over and all they do is pig out late at night so i thought "f*ck it".....
so 3wks out from the fight i decided to get my arse in gear and train like fook,i've upped my boxing training to 4 nights per week and also added two nights of jogging.so im training 6 days a week until the fight.i need to get down to 79kgs,even though i could go in heavier but i want to be as close as possible.
im now at 12st 9lbs 2oz(80.5kgs) 2 weeks out.
